HOW DO I ORDER?
You will be shipping your order to our reconditioning facility at the address given below. The entire process will take approximately three weeks after we have received your order. To help expedite your order and insure your satisfaction, please follow these “Steps to ordering/shipping”:
Steps to ordering:
- Check your masks for any bends. If bent more than 1/8” do not send–they cannot be reconditioned.
- Check your masks for previous manufacturer label. If you can see some part of the label they can be reconditioned. If you cannot see any part of a label do not send—they cannot be reconditioned.
- Fill out the order form (link below). When you submit the form, we will automatically receive a copy of your order.
- Print a copy of the order form and put it in the box with your facemasks.
- Pack your masks in a sturdy box (REMEMBER TO INSERT YOUR ORDER FORM IN THE BOX!)
- Ship to : 1634 So. Mt. Shasta Blvd, Mt. Shasta, CA 96067 (We will pay return shipping)
- Keep a copy of your order for your own records.
- We will send you an order confirmation invoice after we receive a copy of your order form from your online submission.
